تأثير تدخين الاركيلة على ضغط الدم و بعض مكونات الدم في الأشخاص المتعاطين لها

الملخص

          هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على تأثير تدخين الاركيلة على صحة المدخنين لهذا النوع من الدخان وقد أنتشرت هذه الظاهرة في الفترة الأخيرة وبشكل كبير بين جميع شرائح المجتمع وبالأخص بين الشباب والفتيات ، أذ جمعت عينات الدراسة الحالية من الأشخاص المتعاطين لهذا النوع من التدخين من شهر كانون الأول  2023ولغاية شباط 2024 وبواقع 95 عينة ، حيث تم قياس بعض المتغيرات الفسلجية والتي شملت(ضغط الدم وتركيز الهيموكلوبين وحجم خلايا الدم المرصوصة وعدد كريات الدم الحمر وخلايا الدم البيض وعدد الصفيحات الدموية )، وقورنت مع (30) عينة دم جمعت من أشخاص اصحاء وغير مدخنين بأعتبارهم مجموعة سيطرة.


أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية تغايرات وأضحة في أعداد وقيم وتراكيز هذه المتغيرات قيد الدراسة الحالية ، أذ أرتفع ضغط الدم لدى هؤلاء المدخنين وبنسبة (52.64%) ، كما أظهر تركيز الهيموكلوبين أرتفاعا وبنسب (5 و3 و5 و5%)  على التوالي وحسب أنواع النكهات ، في  حين بلغت نسبة الارتفاع في تركيز الهيموكلوبين وحسب عدد التعميرات الثلاثة هي (7 و10 و11%) ، وأظهر حجم خلايا الدم المرصوصة أيضا أرتفاعا وبنسب (12 و10 و11 و12%) على التوالي وحسب أنواع النكهات الأربعة في حين بلغت نسب الارتفاع وحسب عدد التعميرات (14 و17 و18%) في حين أظهرت عدد كريات الدم الحمر أرتفاعا واضحا في دم هؤلاء المدخنين حسب نوع النكهة وعدد التعميرات أذ بلغت اعلى نسبة ارتفاع لها في نكهة المشكل هي (30%) وأعلى نسبة لها عند عدد التعميرات (أكثر من 7) وهي (28%) مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة ، في حين أظهرت عدد  خلايا الدم البيض  أرتفاعا واضحا في دم هؤلاء المدخنين حسب نوع النكهة وعدد التعميرات أذ بلغت اعلى نسبة ارتفاع لها في نكهة االنعناع  هي (80%) وأعلى نسبة لها عند عدد التعميرات (أكثر من 7) وهي (45%) مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة ، أما من ناحية عدد الصفيحات الدموية فقد وصلت اعلى نسبة ارتفاع لها في نكهة المشكل هي (30%) وأعلى نسبة لها عند عدد التعميرات (أكثر من 7) وهي (31%) مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة.
