تأثير الاشعاع في بعض المتغيرات الكيموحيوية والفسلجية للأشخاص المعرضين للإشعاع

الملخص

      أجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثير التعرض للإشعاع على بعض مكونات الدم ووظائف الكبد وهورمون الكورتيزول للأشخاص الغير معرضين للإشعاع والمعرضين للإشعاع. تم جمع (80) عينة دم من الذكور فقط غير المدخنين وغير المتعاطين للكحول والسليمين من الأمراض المزمنة، تراوحت اعمارهم بين (20-60) سنة، وقد قسمت العينات الى مجموعتين حيث شملت اول مجموعة (40) عينة دم لأفراد الغير معرضين للإشعاع، اما المجموعة الثانية فقد شملت (40) عينة دم لأفراد معرضين للإشعاع وبنفس الفئات العمرية، تم جمع عينات الدم الوريدي بواقع (4-6) مل من كل شخص مع الاخذ بنظر الاعتبار استبعاد اي عينات متحللة (Hemolysis) وذلك من اجل استبعاد النتائج الخاطئة.


    أوضحت النتائج ان هنالك ارتفاعا معنويا في الصفيحات الدموية (PLT) وانخفاض معنويا في كريات الدم الحمر (RBCS) وانخفاض معنويا لخلايا الدم البيض (WBCS) وارتفاعا معنويا فعالية انزيم  الفوسفاتيز القاعدي( ALP )، و فعالية انزيم ناقل امين  الاسبارتيت( AST ) في مجموعة الأشخاص المعرضين للاشعاع  مقارنة مع مجموعة الأشخاص الغير معرضين للإشعاع .
