تناولت الدراسة الحالية معرفة تاثير تعاطي السكائر الالكترونية على قياس بعض المتغيرات الكيمو حيوية و الشوارد في مصل الاشخاص المتعاطين لها من خلال قياس هذه المتغيرات والتي شملت (الكلوكوز , اليوريا , الصوديوم , الكلورايد , البوتاسيوم ) وقورنت مع مجموعة من الاشخاص الاصحاء غير المدخنين باعتبارهم كمجموعة سيطرة .
حيث اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية تغيرات مختلفة في تراكيز هذه المتغيرات المدروسة مع نسب النيكوتين وسنوات التدخين , اذ يلاحظ ارتفاع او انخفاض في تراكيز هذه المتغيرات مع زيادة نسب النيكوتين وسنوات التدخين .
