Abstract

Many factors led to Florence being ahead of other Italian cities in the process of change and advancement and the transition from the stage of the dark Middle Ages to the stage of enlightenment and advancement that included all aspects of life. It seems that Florence had a radically different situation. The monuments, monuments and works were the best evidence of that advancement that it led. Thinkers and artists were born and raised in that city, so we must highlight its role first, and then the role of mother Italy in that movement and its direct impact on most European countries
