The research discussed the concept of cosmetic surgeries as mentioned in the books of specialists and their types and their role in contemporary life and focused on the position of Sharia on those surgeries, especially since the new human cases are many and successive and cannot stop at a certain limit and that cosmetic surgeries are diverse and that every day there is something new for them like any other matter and the research also worked to clarify the difference between cosmetic surgeries that are intended for treatment or those intended for other matters such as improvement and decoration and the opinion of scholars on this matter in order to clarify the position of Islamic law on it and almost the majority of scholars agree on the permissibility of the matter and the hatred or prohibition of the second matter with the presence of some positions that confirm the permissibility of both matters.
