Abstract
This research deals with the phenomenon of freedom in the poetry of Ibn Muqbel, one of the veteran poets, where two times lived differently, at the age of one hundred and twenty years.
The Bedouin environment provides the poet with freedom, and freedom to move without restriction. Idn Muqbils poetry contained many and varied texts about freedom in general, so this research came to study the manifestation of freedom in Ibn Muqbils poetry through poetic texts and a statement of their most distant artistic, and revealing the implications that resulted from it.
The research was based no one topic, which included a research summary and an introduction, a translation of the poet, a definition of freedom, and an analysis of poetic verses that contain the meanings of freedom.
