The sample included 5 junior fencer of Ninava team. In date of 22-23 September 2005, standardized tests were used to measure accuracy and speed of lunge in addition to some anthropometric measurements. The results of matches were gained by the competition of Ninava state dated 25 September 2005. The data then processed statistically by using coefficient of correlation. The research concluded the following: The probability to score more hits increases with the fencer who has a high motor speed. A decrease in motor speed lead to slow the defense then to failure in parry the attack that means he is hit by opponent.
