The Effect of Problem Solving Training on Reducing Future Anxiety of Students at the College of Education
Abstract
(32) / : _ (0,05) .The research was aimed to know the impact 0f Problem solving training style on reducing Future Anxiety of students at the college of Education .The sample of the research consisted of (32) third year students at the college of Education . Those students, according to their scores on a measurement scale, suffered from Future Anxiety .Their scores on that measurement were considered as a pre-test, then they were divided into two groups. The experimental group was practiced on the Problem solving training style through ten meetings of counseling. The control group did not practice on any style. Using Wilcoxon test for dependent groups and Mann_ Whitney independent groups, the results show statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group at (0, 05) level and for the benefit of the experimental group. In the light of those results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were given.
