It also deals with the disagreement between the opponents and proponents of the relationship between sound and meaning. This research tries to give an understanding this problem through putting conditions and orders that control what could be included within this phenomenon and what could be excluded to reach finally to a presentation of this problem through future letters ( ) which are used in present tense, and a presentation of the different points of view in interpreting the use of () and not () in one text rather than the other this would be after the grammatical and semantic clarification of how to use these two particles in different constructions and presenting the views of old linguists who deal with these two particles. The researcher presents all these through critical reading for clarifying thoughts and limiting meanings and concepts in order to clarify the problem and solve it with proofs.
