Evaluating the Level of Psychological Stability among Workers in Sport and Technical Education Units and its Relation to Self-Achievement

The study aimed at: - Preparing a scale for the measurement psychological stability of the workers in sport and technical education units (lecturers of sport education) with (PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University. - Evaluating the level of psychological stability workers in sport and technical education units (lecturers of sport education) with (PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University . - Setting standard levels for the measurement of psychological stability of the subject sample. - Exploring the relation between levels of psychological stability and self-achievement of lecturers of sport education PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University . The researchers adopted the descriptive method with survey style, because its the most suitable method for these research .The subject sample consisted of ( 63 ) lecturers of sport education with (PhD , Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University working in sport and technical education units in the colleges of Mosul University . The study tools consisted of the scale of psychological stability prepared by the researcher based on the scientific steps and procedures the prepared scale include verification by experts and statistical analysis of the items using the methods of (two opposite groups and internal consistency) , and measure self -achievement .The validity of the scale was verified using (split halves) using odd and even items). The researcher used the following statistical tools :(arithmetic mean , mode , standard deviation , Carl Persons curvature coefficient , simple correlation coefficient , t- test , Spearman brown's equation , hypothetical mean and percentage . The researchers concluded the following:- Efficiency of the scale prepared in measuring psychological stability of workers in sport and technical education units (lecturers of sport education) with (PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University . - Lecturers of sport education with ( PhD , Ms.c and Bs.c ) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University generally have a low level of psychological stability and negative self achievement that may affect the college of sport education from the aspect of students, attendance and participation sport activities . - Standard levels for measuring the psychological stability of the subject sample were set. - The relation between the level of psychological stability and self-achievement was found among lecturers of sport education PhD, Ms.c and Bs.c) degrees in the colleges of Mosul University .
