Abstract

. . . (253) . ( ) ( ). . ( ) (- ). Family bears big duties of the moral, affection, mental andreligious education during childhood and in the stages that follow. Through the family, the social ambience can achieve its educational effects in children. Through family environment, traditions, convention, moral composing, cultures, virtues and history of their nation will transfer to the young.With virtue of stable life within the family, the individual will have what is called different family essence and house affection, and the first trends of systematic social life will rise. This is due to the fact that the family is the special environment the individual which affects his behavior and personality positively or negatively.The research aims measuring the degree of family climate of the sample which includes (253) College students, and to know the relation of family climate with the variable of students sex (male-female) and also to know the relation of family climate with the branch of specialization (scientific- literary). Family climate scale has been formed and tested by the researcher to ensure its validity and reliability. The results have been analyzed by using T-test for two independent samples, and for a single sample ,the percentage ,the average, pearson correlation coefficient, and Bisereal point correlation coefficient, and T-test for correlation coefficient. The results showed that the research sample have good family climate for both genders and there is no statistically functional relation between family climate and students sex variable (male-female) and the branch specialization variable (scientific- literary).
