Abstract

. . This study investigates both the academic qualification and teaching experience on the scope that the mathematics teachers have. This research tries to discover the relation between the teaching skillful owned by teachers and the their trends towards mathematics subject and its teaching methods. In order to realize the goal of this research, the research society consists of (529) teachers (male & female),of them are (284) male teachers and (245) female teachers distributed at these schools and institution in Neniveh center, While the research sample consists of (110) mathematics male and female teachers distributed at (65) schools and institutions in Neniveh governorate. The research tools has been developed and applied to teaching skillful measurement and trend measurement towards mathematics and its teaching methods after extracting the trueness and constancy for them. The Mean and slandered deviation for the sample individuals according research variables have been obtained. Person's auto correlation between the teaching skillful and trend toward mathematics and its teaching methods has been found. The following statistics hypothesis are tested:- First hypothesis:- No difference of statistic meaning ( =0.05) attributed to the academic qualification (Mathematic Bachelor's degree /Education Mathematics Bachelor's degree) among Mathematics teachers from their point of view of conceiving of obtaining teaching skillful.- Second hypothesis:- No difference of statistic meaning attributed to teaching experience among Mathematics teachers from their point of view of conceiving of having teaching skillful.- Third hypothesis:- No correlations exist of statistic meaning ( =0.05) between the Mathematic teachers conceive of teaching skillful that they own and their trend towards Mathematics and its teaching methods.Analysis of data led to acceptance of the first hypothesis, while rejecting the second and the third hypothesis, and according to the research results the author concludes to some recommendations.
