( ) .This research enlighten us that Mohammed bin Al-Hassan Al-Shaibuni was one of the establishers of Hanafi approach along with Imam Abu hanifa and Abu Yousif . Mohammed Bin Al-Hassan Al-Shaibani was a good friend for Caliph Al-Rasheed which resulted in spreading his religious approach and was regarded as one of the masters of Hanafis specially Imam Shafie who admired his knowledgo and religious attitudes . He also filled the place of Imam Abu yousif in judging in rellgious issues of the state . He gained the confidence of Caliph Haroon Al-Rasheed , and the short period of tention did not last long . This great status the shaybani used it to write his numerous publications that became an authority for other religious men .Even when he died his ceremony went under the super vision of Al-Rasheed to notify his position in the state , and just before his death , he become a chief judye .Fakih Mohammed Bin Al-Hassan Al-Shaibani is one of the most Fakih who provided Arabic Islamic civilization with his numerous publications now considered a basic anthority in Islam Fakih .
